Major Brian Schooley is the Business Program Manager for Air Force Clothing, Headquarters Army Air Force Exchange Service, Dallas, TX. He plans, develops and coordinates policies and procedures for the worldwide management and operations of 191 Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps Military Clothing Sales Stores with annual sales of $332 million. He oversees the acquisition of uniforms procured by AAFES and closely works with Headquarter Air Force, and the Program Management Office to optimally manage the supply chain.
Major Schooley entered the Air Force in 1989 through Central Washington University ROTC program. He has commanded flights and a squadron in excess of 400 people. He has served in the Pacific, Europe and numerous locations in Southwest Asia supporting contingency operations to include Southern Watch, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. During deployments he worked closely with foreign military personnel and local national civilians. Serving 5 years in his current position, Major Schooley is one of the Air Force’s most experienced and knowledgeable uniform experts. Prior to his current position, he commanded the 36th Services Squadron, Anderson Air Force Base, Guam.
