William E. Giblin, nationally recognized leader in the textile field, dedicated supporter and loyal alumnus of the University of Massachusetts has helped to shape the vital futures of both his profession and his alma mater.
As president and chief executive officer of Tweave, Inc., he has long been a clear and resonant voice in the world of textiles. In a variety of capacities, he has contributed his invaluable expertise and experience to promote the industry, serving as chair of the National Textile Association, treasurer of the Northeastern Textile Foundation, and member of the Board of Governors of the Northern Textile Association.
On May 28, 2006, Bill Giblin was awarded an honorary Doctor of Business Administration by the University of Massachusetts.
Bill has held leadership positions in NTA since 1990.
