On November 10, 2009, Furniture Today reported that Weave Corporation had closed. On February 11, 2010, Home Textiles Today reported that Weave Corporation had been acquired by John Sullivan, CEO of American Silk Mills, and an outside group of investors. NTA Member since February 10, 2004, and active in NTA Upholstery Fabrics Committee. Company was also a member for period beginning September 1998 until the company chose not to renew membership in 2001. |
