NTA Upholstery Fabrics Committee

History

The Upholstery Fabrics Council was formed on April 22, 2004, with the following upholstery fabric manufacturer companies in attendance:

1. Absecon Mills, Inc., represented by Linda Brodow
2. American Silk Mills Corporation, represented by Robin Slough
3. Craftex Mills, Inc. of Penn., represented by Bob Blum and David Ryan
4. Dicey Mills, Inc., represented by Lee Neisler
5. Milliken & Company, represented by Jim Kettlewell
6. Sunbury Textile Mills, Inc., represented by Hank Truslow III
7. Wearbest Sil-Tex Mills, LTD, represented by Irwin Gasner
8. Weave Corporation, represented by Roger Berkley

Additionally, Jonathan Stevens, Ames Textile Corporation was present as NTA Chairman, as were NTA staff Hardy Poole and Karl Spilhaus.

Mr. Roger L. Berkley, Weave Corporation, was elected Chairman; Mr. John Sullivan, American Silk Mills Corporation, was elected Vice Chairman in absentia.
