Northern Textile Association

Personnel Policy Committee

 

The Personnel Policy Committee was established in 1989 and met quarterly through 2001. It was open to management at member companies, with meetings attended largely by human resources managers at member companies in New England.  This committee met to discusses personnel-related issues such as workers’ compensation, health care, ADA, FMLA, sexual harrassment and violence in the workplace.  The meetings provided an opportunity for members to compare and learn from each other.
