NTA Personnel Policy Committee

Overview

The Personnel Policy Committee was established in 1989 and met quarterly through 2001. It was open to management at member companies, with meetings attended largely by human resources managers at member companies in New England. This committee met to discusses personnel-related issues such as workers’ compensation, health care, ADA, FMLA, sexual harrassment and violence in the workplace. The meetings provided an opportunity for members to compare and learn from each other. Meeting records, with some gaps as noted below, for the period 1989 through 1994 have be deposited with the American Textile History Museum. Meeting records for 1995 through 2000 are on this website.
