The Northern Textile Association Personnel Policy Committee met on August 16, 1995 at the Sheraton Portsmouth in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In attendance were Sandee Muzaca, Crown Yarn Dye Co., Inc.; Lexy Paskevich, Dorr Woolen Company; Mickie Richardson, Homestead Industries, Inc.; Mike Schwotzer, Key Polymer Corporation; Dan Brown, L.W. Packard and Co.; Larry Schilmeister, Kathy Skala and Shira Singer, Malden Mills Industries, Inc.; Leslie Dietrich, Raffi & Swanson, Inc.; Michele L. Parrett, Warren Corporation; Rita McCauley, Warwick Management Inc.; and David Trumbull, Northern Textile Association.

Employee Performance Appraisals were discussed. The following companies submitted employee performance appraisals: Warwick Mills, Inc.; Homestead Industries, Inc.; Narrow Fabric Industries, Inc.; Warren Corporation; Raffi & Swanson; L.W. Packard & Co.; Door Woolen Company; Malden Mills Industries, Inc.; Key Polymer; and American Fiber & Finishing, Inc.

Following lunch the group enjoyed a pleasant afternoon cruising the Isles of Shoals on the Thomas Leighton, a replica of a turn-of-the century steamship.
