Founded in 1903 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Craftex Mills has a long history as a fabrics provider to the
residential home furnishings and contract interiors industries. In 2009, the Craftex brand was acquired by the Victor Group,
a North American based textile company. The Victor Group specializes in innovative, environmentally sustainable fabrics designed for the contract,
residential, outdoor, apparel and specialty markets. The company operates mills in several Canadian and U.S. locations,
with service and warehouse facilities in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Fall River, Massachusetts.
The company joined NTA February 26, 2004, and was active in NTA's Upholstery Fabrics Committee.
In March 2009 the company was acquired by NTA member company Victor Group.
