Flawed U.S. trade policy and the crisis in the textile industry will be the topic of panel discussion to be kicked off by DAVID TRUMBULL, Director, Member Services, NTA, with "The Trail of Betrayal" a review of U.S. trade over the past decade. AUGUSTINE TANTILLO, SRG Associates, will survey some of the options for the U.S. textile industry in dealing with the Administration and Congress. And JIM CARSON, JR. of Sullivan Carson, Inc., a narrow elastic fabric manufacturer, will discuss NTA's voter education efforts.
